When the Official OMD Website originally launched, it incorporated a fan club subscription service under the Messages title. Part of that membership was a series of magazines issued at semi-regular intervals. Each issue of Messages consisted of a glossy publication featuring a full colour cover. They included articles and interviews as well as a wealth of special features exploring the rich musical legacy of OMD.
Originally issued in July 2003, the second issue of Messages features interviews with Andy McCluskey, Paul Humphreys, Mal Holmes and Martin Cooper discussing the reissue of their classic album Architecture & Morality.
This issue also features articles on Peter Saville’s design exhibition, The Id, the OMD Reissues, the Fairlight CMI plus an interview with Carol Wilson and much more.
